I have so much rage inside about VIDEOS of fixie tricks that I have tried several times in the last 6 months to convey them, and fail every time. Let me stop with the editing and just get it all out.

* This music? To this video content? Are you KIDDING ME? There is zero tie between hard+fast music and fixie trickery unless you’re going to go bomb hills in a crowded city at 30mph.

* Fine. Dick around in parking lots and such with your buddies. It kills time. STOP FUCKING TAPING IT AND UPLOADING. Every single video is torturous boredom.

* 00:00 to 00:14 of the video is a complete joke. How are you going to NOT take advantage of that ditch and wall? Oh wait, that’s right, you’re on a fragile fucking fixed gear that you can’t even get 2 inches off the ground.

* Whoa! Blood! You’re so fucking hardcore with your dime-sized scrape. Let’s zoom in on it. HOLY SHIT DUDE YOU’RE BLEEDING A LITTLE! Remember when Dad raised you to wear full pads and a helmet on your bike when you were 6? We understand now why this is a major event for you.

* Holy shit, you blew a tire skidding around. Let’s zoom in on it. RAD, MAN, RAD. True rebel efforts here. Fuck the system! Look at my fucking tire dude! I skidded a hole in it! Let’s go chug Sunny D and not put the cap back on when we put it in the fridge! FUCK YEAH!

...Oh my god, I can’t even continue this. I’m going to go stab someone.

Until someone can actually do something IMPRESSIVE with BALLS on one of these bikes, for the love of God, STOP UPLOADING THIS SHIT

Wow Jeff, that all seems a little needlessly angry. Maybe when you relax a little bit you can see that some people just want to have a little bit of fun and show it to their friends?
I mean shit dude, the internet is pretty big, it’s not as though a few videos you don’t need to watch are going to take up space from what ever it is you do like to see.

I agree with the angry guy. I’ve seen people do cool tricks on fixed gear bikes, but it hardly seems worthy to post something as lame as these videos on a site dedicated to the culture.

Maybe leave these to the Mickey Mouse Club blog?

If the video wasn’t for “me”, who was it for? 5 other people? Email them the link.

Had the title of the blog entry read “Some dudes dicking around in a parking lot for 4 minutes - nothing special”, I surely would NOT have clicked play. But it didn’t, and I did, and waited at least 3 minutes for something worth recording to happen… and nothing worth recording, in the eyes of anyone not IN the video, ever did happen.
