Something For The Vertically Challenged

Jeff Underwood, owner of Continuum Bike Shop understood the demand for what I was talking about because he's heard so many customers asking for a small frame that would fit them. Here's the letter and spec's from Jeff:

Hi Julie,

The 48 cm frame with 650c wheels has a standover of 27.5 inches. It measures 45 cm center to center and 48 cm center to the top of the seat cluster. The top tube measures 51 cm. Both the seat tube and the head tube angle are 75 degrees. The steer tube is 1". The frameset comes with either a drilled or an undrilled fork with a 33 degree rake and has replaceable dropouts.

Besides the special edition lavendar, the frame is also available in white with red decals, red with black decals, and raw aluminum with red, white, or black decals. For people who may ride larger sizes, the Continuum is also available now in sizes 50, 54, 56, and 58 cm. There are only two lavendar color framesets in each of the five sizes.

If you can let people know that the prototype is in the shop and available to test ride, that would be great. The frames arrive on February 25th and we're taking deposits on them now. Ten are already sold.

Thanks so much for posting something about the frame. As I told you, I'm really proud of it and if we can get some people riding a bike that fits them well for the first time, that would be a truly amazing thing.
Thanks again,

Jeff
